Title: Lua noobs, help! How to create a custom CS:GO HUD

"Alright guys, I'm trying to create a sick custom HUD for CS:GO and I'm completely clueless about Lua scripting. I've managed to edit a simple HUD in the game, but I have no idea how to start making my own from scratch. Can anyone point a noob like me in the right direction?"

I'm kinda familiar with custom HUDs for CS:GO from my friend's lua scripting days, but honestly, it's been a while since I last touched that stuff. You might wanna check out some tutorials on the Steam workshop or github repos for some inspiration, and also make sure you're using a compatible lua version.
