"Hey guys, I got a crazy situation. I've had this Bitcoin wallet with a 12-word seed phrase since 2017, and it's been sitting in a safe the whole time, unbroken. Now the USB stick it was stored on has been lost/damaged, and I realized the only backup seed phrase I have is scribbled out in a notebook... anyone have any experience trying to recover BTC from a 12-word seed phrase?"

"Hey OP, sorry to hear that. Have you tried using a seed phrase recovery tool like MyEtherWallet's Seed Phrase Recovery? It's worked for some users in similar situations, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with BTC wallets."

"Hey OP, have you tried using a seed phrase recovery service like Breadwallet Seed Phrase Recovery or Electrum's seed import feature? These tools can sometimes help you recover coins even if the seed phrase is technically 'unusable'."

"Hey OP, I feel your pain. Did you try using a combination of recovery software like Electrum or MyEtherWallet to see if they can help recover the funds? Worth a shot at least."

"Have you tried using a seed phrase recovery service like Recover Keys or MyEtherWallet's seed phrase recovery tool? They might be able to help you recover your BTC, but I've heard mixed reviews about their success rates. Either way, it's worth a shot."
