"Hey all, I'm reaching out for some help here. I had around 3BTC stored on a relatively new exchange, BitZone, but their support team has been dodgy and they just ghosted me after I asked for a withdrawal. I'm trying to escalate the issue to their arbitration team, but they're not cooperating - anyone else had similar issues with them or know how to get in touch with their actual higher-ups?"

"Dude, sorry to hear that. Have you reached out to the exchange's support and filed a formal complaint yet? If not, that's the first step before escalating to arbitration."
