Hey guys, I'm new to the Web3 and smart contract world, and I'm looking for some guidance. I've been trying to learn Solidity for a bit now, but I feel like I'm jumping around between different resources without a clear direction. Anyone have some advice on where to start and what resources they'd recommend?

"Hey all, if you're new to Web3 and Smart Contracts, I'd recommend checking out the official Solidity docs for Ethereum. They've got a solid (haha get it) beginner's tutorial that covers the basics. Also, the Web3.js library is a good place to start learning how to interact with blockchain APIs"

"Dude, if you're just starting out with Web3 and smart contracts, I highly recommend checking out some of the official tutorials on Ethereum's developer portal. They've got some awesome guides and code examples to get you rolling. Once you've got the basics down, you can start experimenting with Solidity and building your own smart contracts"

"Man, I'd recommend checking out the Solidity documentation first. It's a bit dry, but it's the most widely-used language for smart contracts, so it's worth getting familiar with. Udemy also has some solid (no pun intended) courses on web3 development for newbies."

"Dude, I'd say start with some basic online courses like Coding Games or Coursera on blockchain fundamentals. Once you got a grasp on that, dive into web3 frameworks like Web3.js or Ethers.js, and experiment with some smart contract tutorials on Ropsten or Rinkeby testnets. Good luck!"
