Hey guys, I've been experimenting with extensions in VSCode lately and I'm starting to think that some of them might be able to rival the built-in IDE features of Visual Studio itself. Specifically, I've been looking at extensions that offer improved debugging tools and more advanced code completion features. Has anyone else had a similar experience, or am I just crazy thinking a VSCode extension could be better than something like Visual Studio's built-in functionality?

"TBH, I think the answer is a solid no - VS Code's built-in features can't be beat by most extensions. I've tried a bunch and while some can make workflow easier, they usually can't match the simplicity and out-of-the-box functionality of the native IDE. Still curious to see what this guy comes up with, though."
