"Hey fellow devs, I'm reaching out for some advice. I've got a 4-year-old who's suddenly showing a fascination with coding (thanks, Code.org, apparently). He's asking me to build 'cars that go vroom' and 'castles made of blocks' on the computer, and I'm not sure what to do - teach him the basics or just enjoy the chaos "

"Lol, been there done that. My little one's 'helping' with my Python projects by deleting essential files and rewriting my code into 'cool' colors. Anyone got tips on setting up a kid-friendly coding environment?"

Lol, I feel you! My youngest is 5 and constantly asking me to teach them coding, now we're even making simple apps together. It's been a wild ride, but I'm glad I can share my passion with them.
