Just took a deep dive into this month’s pool reports – why is the fee distribution looking so sketchy?

Just crunched the numbers on this month’s pool reports and the fee distribution is looking super sus. The math isn’t adding up compared to last cycle and there’s a chunk of yield just straight up missing. Anyone else seeing this discrepancy or am I tripping?

I've been looking into this too and I'm starting to think it's related to the recent chain congestion. From what I gathered, the miners are trying to increase their reward per block due to the decreased block rate, but it's affecting the fee distribution. Maybe we should dig deeper into the hash rate fluctuations as well.

I've been following this pool and I think I might have spotted the issue, it looks like their fee structure is heavily skewed towards the block rewards and they've been paying out a lot of fees as block subsidies rather than actual pool fees, making it seem like fee distribution is out of proportion. Has anyone else looked into this?

Ive been going over the same reports and I gotta say, the fee distro does look off, been noticing some weird discrepancies in the validator payouts too. Maybe someone from the dev team can chime in and give us a breakdown of what's going on. Definitely want to get to the bottom of this before the next pool cycle starts

Yeah, I was checking the on-chain data and something is definitely off with the rewards. It feels like more than just bad variance given how the TVL is holding up. We really need an explanation from the devs before people start unstaking.

Yeah, the math looks totally off compared to last epoch's rewards. I bet the dashboard is lagging or they stealth-updated the commission split. Definitely check the subgraphs before you panic though.

I've been analyzing the fee distribution too and noticed some irregularities. The way they're splitting up the block rewards seems to favor the bigger whales at the expense of smaller miners, which might be intentional to discourage competition.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing—the numbers look super sus compared to last month. Probably just a reporting glitch, but definitely don't ape in more until the devs drop an explanation.

Yeah, I noticed the numbers were way off compared to last month. Might be a glitch in the rewards contract or maybe a whale is gaming the system again. Definitely wouldn't be compounding anything until the devs clarify.

Yeah, I peeped that too and the variance is wild compared to last month. Pretty sure the gas spike ate into the yield, making the distribution look way worse than it actually is.

I was also reviewing the pool reports and noticed some unusual fee patterns. It's possible the devs are experimenting with new algorithms or there's an issue with the current setup, but it'd be great to get some clarification from the team. Maybe post this in the dev chat and see if someone can shed some light on it.
