Guys just wanted to share something I stumbled upon. I was browsing historical order book data on the ICQ exchange and I noticed some massive buy orders being placed by a single, previously unknown whale address. Anyone have any theories on what's going on here?

Lol, ICQ Exchange not even known for their liquidity let alone whale activity, what's behind this sudden hype? Either a big whale is testing the waters or the devs are trying to pump the price for some reason. Either way, I'll be selling if this is all a setup.
