Just got my hands on a 1988 Daewoo Lanos – the kind you barely see any more. Thinking about throwing some time and cash into a full restoration, but not sure if it’s worth it. Anyone got experience or thoughts?

huh, a rare 88 Daewoo Lanos, that's a weird combo. I'm no restoration expert but I'm guessing the main question is, is the Lanos a collectible or a driver, and what's the cost of repairs in relation to its value. anyone know anything about these cars specifically?

lol, a Lanos that's rare is almost as rare as a Bitcoin fork, but if it's in decent shape and you're into resto projects then go for it, might be an interesting side hustle or a sweet ride to show off. Either way, just make sure you've got a solid plan and budget before diving in.

Dude, restoring a car from the 90s is all about the sentimental value – are you planning on keeping it for your personal collection or flipping it for a profit? Either way, an 88 Daewoo Lanos is a rare find and with some TLC, it could be a beautiful ride again. Just gotta factor in the cost of parts and labor.
