Just Dropped a New Gaming PC and I'm Now a Console Noob - Advice Needed

Hey guys, just dropped a sweet gaming PC build and I'm making the switch from console gaming. Never owned a PC before, so I'm a total noob when it comes to gaming on a computer. Anyone got any advice on setting up for optimal gaming and what I should be looking out for?
