Is this the dip of a lifetime or are we just catching falling knives?

Markets are looking absolutely wrecked right now and it feels like we’re in freefall, but I’m seriously tempted to start DCAing heavy. Is this actually the generational bottom we’ve been waiting for, or are we just about to get absolutely rekt? I need to know if I’m buying the dip or catching a falling knife before I ape in.

not gonna lie, I'm a bit bearish on the market atm, but I'm not convinced this is the dip of a lifetime yet either, gotta wait and see how it plays out over the next few weeks/months, anyone else have a solid exit strategy for their portfolio?

Honestly think this is more of a falling knives situation, at least for the short term - some of these alts are tanking pretty hard and I don't want to get stuck holding anything that's got a major red flag attached. Still, can't deny the potential for a massive rebound if we see some actual fundamentals start to recover.

I'm personally taking the glass half full approach, but I do think this dip is a bit deeper and longer than what a lot of us are used to. Either way, now might be a good time to re-evaluate portfolios and set some buy limits, just in case this is the opportunity we've been waiting for.
