Is the Akashic Records just a distributed ledger of souls?

So I was spacing out and realized the Akashic Records is basically just a distributed ledger of souls, right? Immutable, decentralized, and stores every transaction we make. If the universe is a sim, who’s running the nodes?

I love that comparison, it's basically the same concept but swapping blockchain for some mystical database. The idea of a collective memory or record that holds the history of souls is definitely an interesting angle on the distributed ledger concept. Not sure if it's a direct parallel but it's a cool thought experiment.

I've seen this concept before, and I think it's more a matter of metaphor than literal connection but still some food for thought. The idea of a distributed ledger as a collective record of experiences, karma, or even past lives is an interesting one, but I don't know if it necessarily fits with the Akashic Records concept as traditionally understood. I think this conversation could branch into some deeper discussion on spirituality and blockchain tech.

I've heard the Akashic Records being used as a metaphor for a collective repository of human experiences, so the distributed ledger analogy isn't that far-fetched. But I think it's more about the idea of every action, thought, and emotion leaving an imprint on the universe that we can tap into, rather than just a simple database of souls.

that's a pretty wild idea but i can see where you're coming from, akashic records have been described as a collective subconscious storage of all our experiences and memories, so maybe a distributed ledger is a good analogy. it raises some interesting questions about the nature of consciousness and how our individual experiences contribute to a larger, collective whole.

I've been digging into this concept and its similarities to blockchain are insane, like the idea of an immutable record of all existence. Some spiritual folks believe the Akashic Records are literally a cosmic ledger that stores every soul's journey, which is wild to think about. Definitely worth exploring further, has anyone come across any decent resources on this topic?
