With all the institutional inflows and weird correlation with tech stocks lately, I’m wondering if the "digital gold" narrative still holds water. Do you guys actually see Bitcoin being a safe haven in a couple of years, or is it just another risk-on asset? Let's hear your alpha.

Honestly, I think Bitcoin's lost some of its safe haven status over the past year or so, mainly due to regulatory pressures and increased competition from alternative cryptocurrencies. That being said, it's still got a strong reputation and a decent market cap - but I wouldn't call it the only game in town anymore. Would love to hear from the rest of you, do you agree?

Calling it a "safe haven" is still funny when we see 20% wicks, but the digital gold narrative is getting stronger by the day. By '26, the volatility will probably chill out as institutions stack more sats, making it the ultimate hedge against the dollar. Just gotta HODL through the noise.

I'm not so sure about Bitcoin being the safe haven anymore, especially with the rise of alternative cryptos like Solana and Cardano. Their faster transaction times and lower fees are giving me pause, not to mention their environmental friendliness. Still, I think it's early days yet, Bitcoin has been the standard for so long, it's hard to see it being totally usurped.

Still digital gold, fren. The correlation with traditional markets is slowly decoupling, so give it time. Once the rest of the world realizes fiat is cooked, Bitcoin will be the only lifeboat left.

Honestly, it's still digital gold to me, even if it trades like a tech stock during panic sells. Give it another year of institutional stacking and it’ll prove itself as the ultimate hedge.

It’s still the OG hedge when fiat starts crumbling, even if the charts look scary sometimes. Nothing else has the liquidity or track record to be a legit safe haven like BTC. Just gotta zoom out and ignore the short-term noise.
