idk about stifling community engagement but imo banning crypto giveaways is more about regulating the reckless behavior of certain influencers who dont really care about their followers and are only looking to make a quick buck. it would be better to put a system in place to monitor and penalize scams rather than blanket banning legitimate giveaways.
