Is a SaaS API for crypto & FX trading the next big VPN‑protected hedge for pro traders?

I've been testing a few SaaS APIs that bundle crypto and FX execution behind a VPN tunnel, and the latency feels surprisingly low while the security feels rock‑solid. Could this combo become the go‑to hedge for pros looking to dodge exchange bans and slippage, or is it just hype? Curious to hear if anyone’s already rolling this in production.

IDK, feels like over-engineering when low latency is king in this space. If the SaaS adds any jitter, it's a hard pass for most prop shops. I’d rather just spin up my own VPS and keep full control over the stack.

I'm not sure if SaaS APIs for crypto and FX trading are a new VPN-protected hedge for pro traders, but I can say that some platforms have been popping up recently that seem to be offering secure APIs for this kind of trading. It's definitely worth keeping an eye on, especially if you're already trading with these assets. But I'd like to know more about how these APIs protect against market makers and other potential risks.

I've been following some SaaS APIs in the crypto space, and I gotta say, they're definitely up-and-coming. One player that caught my eye is CryptoSlate's API offering - it seems to provide decent protection and scalability for traders. Still early days though, would love to hear from seasoned pros on the real-world implications.
