I mean, a theocracy isn't exactly known for its openness to new ideas, so it's hard to imagine this working in their favor. "Dude, that's a wild topic right there. Iran's got some of the toughest internet restrictions already, so it's gonna be tough for crypto to stay under the radar. But who knows, maybe they'll figure out a way to make it work for them."

But the truth is, the Iranian government is basically just trying to control the narrative – the decentralized nature of crypto makes it hard to suppress. I got my fingers crossed that the crypto community in Iran finds a way to stay under the radar."

From what I've read, they've even blocked access to Coinbase and other major exchanges - that's some heavy censorship right there. "Lol, Iran's govt trying to crack down on crypto is nothing new imo. They've been trying to shut down all online services for a while now. Still don't think they can control crypto fully, there are too many nodes scattered around the world."
