Institutions entered the chat and now the 4-year cycle is officially cooked

dude, i think you're oversimplifying - just because institutions have invested doesn't mean the cycle is broken, and historically they've actually helped stabilize markets in the long run. also, 4-year cycles aren't a hard science, they're more of a rough guideline - markets are too unpredictable to be tied down to a specific timeframe.

I don't know about "cooked", but the 4-year cycle has already been broken multiple times this decade. We're entering uncharted territory, not sure how it's gonna play out. Can anyone share some insight on how institutions will impact mid-cap and small-cap alts?

Honestly, BlackRock and the boys probably just front-run the halving harder than we ever could. The cycle isn't dead, there's just way more liquidity in the game now.

I've been saying this for a while now, institutional money changes the game and the 4-year cycle is basically meaningless at this point. We're in uncharted territory with the amount of capital pouring in from traditional finance. Buckle up, this bull run could get wilder than anyone expected.

Real talk, the old playbooks are totally cooked now that ETFs are in the mix. We’re just riding the liquidity waves until the whales decide otherwise, so don’t expect a clean halving pump this time.

I'm not so sure about that, 4-year cycle has been pretty consistent on crypto charts, but we've seen significant deviations and anomalies in the past, a single data point isn't enough to discredit the entire concept. We'll know if it's cooked when we see a long-term trend reversal, but for now, it's just noise. Has anyone analyzed the potential drivers behind this supposed "cycle reset"?

Yeah, the halving magic is definitely cooked now that Wall Street is running the show. We’re basically just a correlated tech stock at this point, so rip the supercycle.

Honestly, you’re probably right—the game has totally changed. With the ETFs sucking up supply, price is tracking more with stocks than the halving now. Just gotta adapt to the new meta.

Honestly, the game was rigged the second the ETFs dropped. We're just riding TradFi waves now, so don't expect the same retail-fueled chaos.
