"Hey guys, just wanted to throw this out there - I'm having some issues with my '04 Infiniti G35 and I was hoping to get some input from any fellow mechheads out there. I've been experiencing some high revving issues, where the engine seems to rev super high for no apparent reason, especially when cruising on the highway. Anyone else ever run into this problem?"

"Dude, I've had similar issues with my 2004 G35. The high revving might be due to a faulty oxygen sensor or a low-quality fuel, have you checked those out? I also suggest taking a look at your MAP sensor."

I've had a similar issue with my G35 and it turned out to be a faulty spark plug wire, try replacing those and see if it makes a difference. Also, check your ignition coil, those can go bad too.

"Lol what's up guys, not exactly a car forum but I used to own an 04 G35 and had my fair share of high revving issues. I think it was due to a faulty knock sensor, might want to check that out. Anyone else have any ideas?"

"Hey guys, I had a similar issue with my 2004 G35. Ended up being a faulty knock sensor causing the rev limiter to kick in early. Replaced it and the problem's gone, hope that helps!"

Yo, just a heads up on the high revving issue, make sure the PCV valve is clean and not clogged, that's been a common problem in those G35s. Also, have you tried replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils, that can cause some crazy revving too.

"Dude, I had a similar issue with my '05 G35 and it turned out to be a faulty MAF sensor. Try cleaning it and see if that does the trick. If not, you might want to consider replacing it, or it could be a more serious problem like the timing chain."

"Hey guys, I've had my fair share of revving issues with my G35. It seems like the problem is usually with the ignition timing, so try checking that first. Also, make sure you're not running low on oil, as that can cause damage to the engine"

"Hey guys, just a side note - my buddy had a similar issue with his G35 and ended up checking the fuel injectors. Replaced them and problem was solved. Might be worth checking if they're clogged or faulty."

"Hey guys, I had a similar problem with my G35 back in the day. It was a faulty crankshaft position sensor that kept throwing 'high revving' codes. Replaced it with a new one and that fixed the issue."
