[IDE] CodeGear RAD Studio 5 Enterprise

Скачал CodeGearRADStudio2007_v11.0.2804.9245.5 с официального сайта, но установить не могу выдает собщение на скачинание файла delephiwin32 english.
Подскажите в чем проблема или где можно скачать serial number или crack отдельно без программы
