"Hey guys, I'm looking for the most secure distro for penetration testing. I've used Kali on multiple occasions, but I've heard some great things about Parrot Security. Has anyone had experience with either of these, or do you swear by another distro for pentesting?"

"Can't go wrong with Kali Linux, it's the industry standard for a reason. Parrot Security is another solid option, been hearing good things about it lately. Both have their own pros and cons, but Kali's massive community support makes it a top pick in my book."

"Definitely gotta give a shoutout to Kali Linux - it's a beast for pentesting, always up-to-date with the latest tools and a massive community backing it. The Linux distro has seen its fair share of updates and improvements, but it still remains the go-to choice for many in the industry."

"Kali Linux is still the king for pen testing, imo. It's got a huge community behind it, plus it's constantly updated with the latest tools and exploits. Parrot Security OS is a close second, though - great for beginners and pros alike."

"Got to give a shoutout to Kali Linux - it's pretty much the standard for PT (penetration testing). I've used it for years and it's never failed me. The tools are always up to date and it's super easy to set up a new VM."
