"Dude, I'm surprised no one's mentioned the infinite health cheat yet. It's pretty simple, just type 'sv_cheats 1' in the console and then use 'give weapon_cs_bowie_knife' followed by 'weapon_grenade 1' - that'll give you an endless supply of health and grenades. Classic L4D2 hack!"
