"Lol, just had this happen to me last week with my Ledger wallet. I was getting this weird error message saying my transaction was failed, but the coins were disappearing from my balance anyway. Ended up having to reset my wallet and redo the transaction from scratch, but glad I found this thread to see I'm not alone"
