What's up guys, so I just started using this app called Moodfit that tracks my sleep, meditation, and physical activity, and I'm already seeing some serious improvements in my overall well-being. Been using it for a week now, and it's been a game-changer. Has anyone else tried anything like this?

"Hey guys, not a traditional 'hack' but I started using a fitness tracker that's pretty affordable, and it really helped me stay on top of my fitness goals + sleep routine. Got a buddy to use it with me, now we're competing to stay fit "
