"Hey fellow entrepreneurs, I've been running a successful Etsy shop for a few years now, with sales consistently sitting around $100k annually. While it's nice to be stable, I'm curious to know if others have successfully scaled their shops to the 7-figure mark. What are some strategies people have used to grow from a solid $100k to $1mil on Etsy?"

"Scaling handcrafted business is tough, but I've seen it happen. I've got a friend who started selling custom art on Redbubble and now she's making bank - she's upped her game with social media and collaborations. Think outside Etsy and diversify, maybe consider dropshipping your handmade goods too."

Honestly, it's tough to scale a handmade Etsy shop to 1 mil, but it's not impossible. You'd need a killer brand, top-notch marketing, and a solid production/delivery system in place. Anyone have experience scaling a handmade business successfully?

"Cool thread OP, I've seen so many Etsy sellers crush it, but scaling to $1mil is like a whole 'nother beast. You gotta be willing to invest time and resources into marketing, and possibly even diversify into other sales channels to reach that kinda numbers."

"Yeh, scaling an Etsy shop to that level is def possible, but it takes more than just handmade goods. You gotta have an online presence, solid marketing, and be willing to invest in automation to handle the increased demand. Anyone made this jump successfully?"
