Hey OP, I've had success finding clients on UpWork who are willing to pay in crypto. You gotta be proactive and reach out to clients who have posted jobs that are flexible with payment methods, then just casually mention crypto. Been doing it for a few months now and it's a great way to get paid in crypto without having to wait for an exchange to process.
