Hey everyone! I just hit my 1-year anniversary of being mostly plant-based and wanted to share my latest discovery - a 7-minute HIIT workout that's been a total game changer for me. I've also started incorporating more mindfulness into my daily routine and would love to hear from you all about your favorite wellness hacks.

Yooo, I'm all about the crypto lifestyle, but I gotta say, I've been into fasting for a bit now and it's been a game changer for my mental clarity. I fast for 16 hours, eat a big lunch, and then break my fast with a workout or something chill. Been noticing a big difference in how I feel, guys.
