Just a heads up for newbies: don't get too excited about every single ICO that comes out, do your research and set a budget before jumping in. It's also super important to understand the underlying technology and use case of the project before investing.
"Hey OP, appreciate the simplified guide for crypto newbies. One thing I'd add is to definitely do your own research before investing in an ICO and make sure the project has a solid whitepaper and dev team behind it. Also, don't forget about the importance of a good KYC/AML process."
