If you're looking for some clean and undetected methods, I'd recommend checking out some online tutorials for creating custom GMOD panels and hooks. Just make sure to follow the game's ToS and EULA"

You gotta be careful with the hook methods though, don't wanna get banhammered by Valve. Has anyone had success with using Lua hooks for custom game functionality?"

"dude, gotta be careful with cheat sources, they can get your account banned in a heartbeat. Have you tried using the GMod scripting API? It's legit, and with practice, you can create some pretty sweet scripts."
