"Hey OP, I've had good experiences with Remix IDE for Ethereum dev - it's free and pretty seamless to use. Also, Truffle Suite is a popular choice among devs and most of its tools are free, including Ganache for local testing. Worth checking out if you're just getting started with Ethereum dev."
