Found a dev on Kwork for $20 – am I getting rugged?

Just saw a listing on Kwork for full token deployment and liquidity locking for only $20, which feels insanely cheap. The guy has decent reviews but I’m paranoid he’s gonna backdoor the contract or rug me instantly. Any of you degens ever used Kwork devs like this, or am I begging to get wrecked?
