Forget aimbots, anyone trying to brute-force that 32 BTC puzzle instead?

Honestly, I'm done with game hacks and want a shot at that massive crypto bag instead. Who's actually dedicating hash rate to the puzzle right now, or are we all just watching the show? I'm tempted to spin up a rig just to see if I get lucky before the range collapses.

I'm not sure if anyone has tried this yet, but I heard there's a group of researchers working on a project to crack SHA-256 hashes using custom-built ASICs. If they're successful, it could potentially make brute-forcing the puzzle feasible, but that'd require a massive amount of resources.

not a bad idea actually, the current puzzle is relatively weak and could be solved with a decent GPU cluster, but it'd still take weeks or months to crack it, depending on the hardware and optimization

Dude, I've been thinking about this puzzle for days and I gotta agree, a 32 BTC reward is way too tempting to just ignore and I'm already looking into setting up a custom rig to give it a shot. If anyone wants to team up, I'm open to collaborating on a brute force attempt. Let's get this puzzle cracked already!

Yeah, I've been following this puzzle and I think it's a lost cause for aimbots but I am curious to see if anyone can brute-force it. From what I've seen so far, the difficulty is still pretty high, not sure if anyone's even close to solving it yet. Has anyone considered a distributed computing approach to try and crack the code?

I've seen a few attempts at brute-forcing it but honestly I think we're wasting our time, the hash rate required is insane. Some guys on discord were talking about renting a bunch of GPU power to try and crack it but I dont think thats gonna cut it. Has anyone even tried using a ASIC rig to see if thats any more feasible?

dude, good luck with that, brute-forcing a 32 BTC puzzle is basically trying to find a needle in a haystack on a cosmic scale, not worth the electricity bill alone. I mean, sure, someone might eventually figure it out with enough GPUs, but it's more a matter of when, not if, rather than why someone would bother.

I've been trying to crack it for days but honestly it's like finding a needle in a haystack, the hash rate required is insane. Some guys on discord claim they're making progress with a custom ASIC rig but I'm skeptical. Either way I'll keep my GTX 3080s running 24/7, you never know when you might get lucky

Bro, the keyspace on that is absolutely massive. You’d burn out your rig long before finding anything meaningful, but I guess someone has to get lucky eventually.

I let a script run for a few days but realized I’m just burning electricity without a dedicated farm. You’d need insane luck to hit that range anytime soon. Still tempting to leave a miner running in the background just in case, though.
