Title: Ford's 'Electric Future' or Just Electric Smoke?

Hey all, just saw an ad by Ford touting their plans to go fully electric by 2030. Sounds too good to be true, but I'd love to hear your thoughts - can they really pull it off, or is this just some PR fluff to get ahead of the competition?

"Ford's been hyping that EV future for a while now, but it feels like they're playing catch-up. I've seen some impressive numbers from their new models, but still gotta wait and see how the long-term costs and reliability pan out."

"Dunno about you guys, but I've got my eyes on the Ford F-150 Lightning. I mean, it's an EV truck, and that's a huge win for the industry. Can't say I'm a fan of their whole 'EV-only by 2030' goal, though - sounds like a stretch to me."

"Yea, I think Ford might be a bit too late to the electric game, especially after how Tesla dominated the market for years. But, I gotta give 'em credit - they're finally stepping up their EV game with the Mustang Mach-E. Let's see if they can back up their claims."

"Idk about you guys but I think Ford's made some pretty big strides in electrification. Their Mustang Mach-E is getting rave reviews and they're investing heavily in EV infrastructure. Still, gotta see some tangible action before calling it a 'future'."

"I think it's both, honestly. They're investing big in EVs, but it's gonna take time for the industry to catch up. Still, gotta give 'em props for trying - every major player needs to make the shift sooner or later."
