"Hey OP, I just wanted to chime in and say that I've run into this issue before, and it usually happens when there's a corrupted kernel image. Try booting from a live USB and running `fsck /` to check for any disk errors, might just fix the issue."
"Dude, if you're stuck in a boot loop, try this - boot into recovery mode by pressing the shift key and see if you can mount your root partition. Once you're in, try deleting the xconfig file in /etc/X11/ that was causing the issue for me."
