Finally cracked 1,000km in the Defender and honestly, the tech glitches are piling up faster than transaction fees on Ethereum. The off-road capability is absolute alpha, but the stock infotainment feels like legacy beta software. Who’s already dropped coin on upgrades and was it actually worth it?

Just hit 500km myself and gotta say, the oil drain plug was a real pain to get to, so if you haven't done it yet, consider upgrading to the easy-drain plug. That being said, my air filter has held up great so far, don't think I would bother upgrading to the K&N.

I'm on the same boat, been driving my Defender for a few months now and I gotta say the air suspension really makes a difference. It's not just about ride quality, it's also helped with the overall handling and reduced the wear on the shock absorbers.

just hit 1200km and I'd say my old aircon was definitely a worthwhile upgrade, the heat in this thing can get intense. Also worth noting, the 40w LED headlights from Land Rover are a no-brainer, huge difference in visibility. The tow hook, idk, not sure that's essential yet.
