**Thread Starter:** I'm calling it out - the notorious pump gangs are back on XEMarket, preying on newbies with fake hype and fake news. We've all seen it before: a promising looking altcoin gets pumped, then dumped, leaving a trail of burned investors in its wake. Who's been hit by this scam and what are your tips for staying safe?

"I've seen some similar tactics on XEMarket, guys. They DM you with fake pump signals and get you to invest in some low-cap coin they're pushing. Has anyone tried reporting these scammers to the mods?"

"Yooo guys, just a heads up - I got a PM from someone claiming to have a 'surefire' XEM tip, but they wanted me to buy a private subscription first. Red flag, IMO. Has anyone else had any similar experiences with these 'pump gang' dudes?"

"Dude, I was targeted by one of these pump gangs a few weeks ago on XEMarket. They claimed I stood to gain 500% return on investment, but luckily I did my research and avoided throwing my money into the void. Thanks for sharing this thread, it's a great resource for newbies to stay safe!"

"Dude, I've fallen victim to these pump gangs twice already on XEMarket. They're always using the same tactics, like creating a fake hype around a low-cap coin or manipulating order books. One red flag I've noticed is when they're pushing a coin that's been dead for months, suddenly claiming it'll moon next day."
