Exchange Server 2000 через VPN

у меня Exchange Server 2000, а клиентами скачать через MS Outlook. Некаторье через VPN. Все работало и вот сейчас клиентами через VPN не могут скачать с сервером - VPN eсть, Exchange работает, никаких изменения не бьло... ???
