Error in SQL Manager for InterBase & Firebird 2008

Please help me
When me create host and double click for connect host see this error :

Unsuccessful execution caused by a system error that precludes
successful execution of subsequent statements.
Unable to complete network request to host "127.0.0.1".
Failed to establish a connection.
Unknown Win32 error 10061.

"Hey OP, I've had similar issues in the past. Have you tried updating the dbExpress driver or InterBase ODBC driver to see if that resolves the issue? Also, make sure your Firebird version is compatible with the software you're using."
