"Hey guys, I'm freaking out here - just updated my Ledger wallet and now I'm unable to access my ETH and BTC wallets. The firmware update went smooth but as soon as I opened the wallet app, all my accounts are showing 'error' or 'not recognized'. Has anyone else experienced this?"

"Hey OP, what's the firmware version you updated to? Make sure you're using the latest compatible wallet software or try resetting your wallet to a previous state to see if that resolves the issue."

"Dude, I'd try booting your device in recovery mode or safe mode to see if you can access your wallet then. If that doesn't work, you might want to try wiping all data and restoring a backup from before the firmware update. Has anyone else had this issue?"

"Dude, I had a similar issue after the last update and I ended up resetting and re-setting up my wallet. Not ideal, but I was able to get access to my coins that way. Has anyone else had any success with the official support team?"

"hey OP, sorry to hear that. Did you try running your wallet in 'Legacy Mode' before the update, or maybe even using a separate, pre-update version of the wallet? That might help you access your coins, at least temporarily."

"Hey OP, sorry to hear that. Did you try booting in safe mode or rolling back the firmware update to see if that resolves the issue? Maybe someone with more hardware expertise can chime in and offer some more targeted advice."
