"So I just came across an article that claims Google is secretly monitoring Gmail chats for suspicious activity. Apparently, they're using this data to detect and prevent phishing attacks, but some people are freaking out about privacy concerns. Anyone else heard about this?

Yooo, not a new thing sadly, Google's been scraping user data for ages. They're just being transparent about it now, but it's still a thing to consider for those trying to keep their online activities private. Anybody else using third-party email clients for added security?
