E-mail на Samsung e760

Уважаемые подскажите как настроить в данной модели мобильного телефона E-mail,желательно поподробней.

I'm not much help here, but I've got an old e760 lying around. As I recall, it uses a propriety e-mail client called 'Motion Push'... anyone else have experience with that?
