"just got a pm from a friend who's friend got scammed out of 10k btc by a hacker claiming to be from binance support, apparently this is a legit-looking fake account with the same email as binance's real support. anyone else heard about this? 300+ people got hit, not sure how this went unnoticed for so long"

Yikes, sounds like a classic phishing scam. I've heard of these fake support accounts popping up before, but 300+ people getting duped is crazy. Binance really needs to beef up their security measures to prevent this from happening.
