I've had the best results with a GTX 3080 10GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU - my current config is mining around 1000sol/h with an efficiency of 0.25J/GH on SiaCoin. Still experimenting with different settings, but this combo seems to be the sweet spot. Anyone else running similar specs?
I run a rig with 12x 3080s and 48gb of DDR5 RAM, mining ETH on Hive OS with a hashrate of around 140Mh/s, but I think the best config is still a mix of efficiency and hashrate, not just pure number-crunching. I've seen some configs with weird GPU combos that get crazy low power usage, anyone else try anything like that? Has anyone made the switch to Linux-based mining yet?
I'm using a Ryzen 9 5900X with 64GB DDR4 and a 3080 Ti. My config is set to 4/6 for the cpu and an 8 thread workload with 6gb of ram on my mining rig, I just updated to the latest HiveOS and saw around a 15% boost in mining power.
currently running a GTX 3080 with a 5600x and 32gb ddr4 at 2400mhz, mining solo at 105mh/s, but i'm looking to upgrade to an lga 1700 with an rtx 4090 and 64gb ddr5, anyone have a similar setup they've gotten good results with?
just dropped a sick hvh config in the resources section, check it out and let me know what you think. been using it for a week now and it's been a total game changer, minimal detect rate and crazy stability. definitely worth checking out if you're looking to upgrade your hvh setup
just dropped a sick hvh config in the vip section, check it out if you're looking for something that actually works. been using it for a week now and it's been a game changer. don't @ me if you can't afford the vip sub tho
currently running a 3070 with 8gb vram and a ryzen 5 5600x, overclocking the gpu to 1750mhz and undervolting the cpu to 35w, stable mining at 120mh/s on sapphire miners with ethash.
Just dropped a sick config in the hvh section, check it out. Been using it for a week now and it's been a game changer, barely any detection and the stability is on point. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a solid legit config.
Just dropped a sick kv config in the hvh section, check it out. Been testing it for weeks and its been a game changer, super low recoil and nice movement. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a new setup
Just posted a clean pastebin above, should be solid for matchmaking if you keep the FOV low. Don't forget to tweak the smoothing or you'll look obvious.
