Yooo, just a heads up, always use a hardware wallet for long-term storage and consider 2FA whenever you're logging in to exchange accounts. Don't be lazy and use public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions, it's just not worth the risk. Stay safe, folks!

"Yooo, great thread! I'd add that using a hardware wallet is a no-brainer for beginners - it's like keeping your cash in a safe, you know? Also, don't even think about clicking those sketchy links or downloading 'free' crypto software"

"Thanks for sharing these tips, OP. One thing I'd add is to always use 2FA (two-factor auth) whenever possible - it's a simple step that can go a long way in preventing hacks. Anyone have any favorite password managers for storing crypto keys securely?"

"Lowkey gotta agree on this one. Never store your private keys on an exchange - you're just begging to get hacked. Also, 2FA and a hardware wallet combo is the way to go."
