Just threw together a crypto farm in my garage using some old laptops and a few USB miners. It's been running steadily for a few months now, generating a decent daily return. If you're looking to get into it, I'd say start with a few low-end GPUs and expand from there.

Just wanna chime in - I set up a small farm last year with 5x NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060s and a Ryzen 7 5800X. Cost was around $2k, and I've been averaging around 100MH/s. Power consumption's key, so make sure to opt for efficient miners and a good PSU.
