"imo, the best practice is to keep it simple and transparent, especially when it comes to decentralized projects. Don't overcomplicate the code and make sure all stakeholders are on the same page. Less bureaucratic red tape = better project management"

I think a key best practice is making sure to back up your wallet seed phrase securely. You never know when a hardware failure or hack might happen. I store mine in a fireproof safe outside of my home.
