Interesting concept for state bloat, but good luck convincing the HODLers their stack is going to decay while they sleep. Unless the transaction utility is unmatched, this is dead on arrival for a store of value narrative.

It’s a cool concept for sure, but try selling a "holding tax" to the HODL crowd. Scalability is moot if nobody wants to keep their assets on the chain.
