Delphi turbo version for .net

Can someone tell me more about this version of Delphi?
I guess this turbo version is very limited, but it's only for educational purpose.

Yes, TurboDelphi is the successor of the Community Edition and thus totally free to use. I would recommend the later one tho, as TurboDelphi is very old.
