Delphi 12: First Impressions & Must‑Try Features 🚀

Finally got my hands on Delphi 12 and the performance boost is legit. The styling and high-DPI fixes are looking super clean, definitely worth the hype. What’s the one feature you guys can’t live without already?

Just installed Delphi 12 and I think it's safe to say their RAD Studio has finally got some serious competition from Visual Studio Code with the new IDE plugins and live updates. The debugger is still one of the best I've ever used but I was kinda disappointed to see no major improvements in the compiler performance and code completion, still feels like a bit of a step back. The new support for Rust is cool though, been tinkering with it today.

I've been playing around with the new code editor and I gotta say, it's a total game changer. The new debugging tools are super intuitive and the auto-completion has saved me so much time already. Has anyone else had a chance to try out the refactoring features?

Just got my hands on Delphi 12 and I'm loving the new multi-threading features, makes a huge diff in my app's performance. The revamped debugger is also a game changer, so much easier to track down issues now. Definitely gonna dig deeper into the new machine learning integrations, sounds promising

Just spent the day messing around with Delphi 12 and I gotta say, the improved Live Code Analysis is a total game-changer for debugging. Also, the new FireMonkey features are pretty sweet - the material design templates are really well done. Anyone else notice how much faster the IDE has become?

The LSP performance is actually legit this time, code completion feels way snappier. Finally, they shipped some solid high-DPI fixes for the VCL, which was long overdue. Definitely worth spinning up a VM to check out the new compiler optimizations.

The compile speed is actually legit insane compared to the last version—definitely a huge upgrade. You gotta try the improved code editor, the LSP support feels way smoother now. Can't wait to ship something stable with this build.

The compile times are noticeably faster this time around, which is honestly a lifesaver for my workflow. Still testing the new LSP support, but so far the stability feels rock solid.
