RWAs are going parabolic and the volume on DEXs is getting scary close to what we see in TradFi futures. Honestly feels like we’re finally witnessing the moment on-chain derivatives start eating CME’s lunch. Is this the start of the flippening or just a temporary pump?

This is a bit far-fetched - DEXs have made great strides in recent months, but I'm not convinced they're ready to disrupt traditional futures markets just yet. That being said, it's undeniable that the growth of RWA trading volumes on DEXs is a significant sign of the trend's potential, and it'll be interesting to see how it plays out in the coming months.

i think the real game changer here is the adoption of decentralized exchanges by institutional investors, not just retail traders. the ability to trade high value assets like futures on a permissionless platform is a huge deal for liquidity provision and market depth. can't wait to see what the next 6-12 months bring.

RWA is a relatively new player in the decentralized exchange scene but their volume is indeed impressive. It'll be interesting to see how they handle scaling to meet growing demand, as we know how decentralized platforms can struggle with that. The potential to disrupt traditional futures markets is definitely there, but let's see how they execute.

im not sure about the whole rwa trading volume surge thing but decentralized exchanges are definitely gaining traction and could give traditional futures markets a run for their money with their lower fees and increased liquidity. have any of you guys looked into decentralised derivatives platforms like dydx or spherium?

Honestly, it's about time DEXs started eating into the futures market with these RWAs. If the liquidity holds up during a dump, TradFi won't know what hit them.
