Just started playing DayZ and I'm still trying to get the hang of it. One tip I found helpful is to always keep a backup keycard and a full inventory on you before heading into a new area. Still dying a lot, though, lol

Lol, just started playing DayZ again and holy cow, I'm dying more often than a shiba in a cryptocurrency market crash. One thing that's helped me is building shelters in safe zones, like an old farmhouse or a abandoned building with decent loot. Anyone else got some tips for a noob like me?

Dude, I've spent like 10 hours playing this game solo and my only tip is to always have a solid exit route in mind, you never know when a horde is gonna pop out. Don't underestimate the power of a trusty bow and some decent ammo either. Been meaning to try out the ' hide in the woods and wait for nightfall' strategy, has anyone had success with that?
